High Temperature and Force on Teflon? That’s no good, the heater barrel threads are going to come out of the insulator. PEEK is strong enough under these conditions and not that much more expensive.

The Z Stage Started to move downward for no reason after I aborted a print. You can see my stages are pretty powerful as it did some serious damaged to the part. The Nozzle survived.
